Six things we put in your contract about your data

These go into your pilot letter and your plan contract, so you can hold us to them.

1. Your bookings, passengers, drivers, prices and call recordings sit in your own account.
2. Only named Dispatch AI people can open your account, only to support you, and every time they do it's logged.
3. We use your data to run your account and for nothing else. We never use it to market to your passengers or approach your drivers, and we never use your prices to set anyone else's.
4. You can take a full copy of your data whenever you like.
5. When you leave, we delete it within [DELETION DAYS] days.
6. If we break any of this, you can leave the same day.

Anonymised totals and AI training

We may use anonymised totals across all operators to improve Dispatch AI. They never identify you, and we never share them with any other business.

We don't train AI models on your calls or bookings unless you've agreed in writing.

You're still the licensed operator

Every booking is taken in your firm's name and under your licence. Under data protection law you're the controller of your passengers' details, and we only handle them to run the service for you.
