For our first operators, every plan includes call minutes, Google Maps and the AI it uses. If you use more minutes than your plan includes, you pay per minute or buy a bundle of minutes. We tell you how many minutes your plan includes before you start.

By vehicles we mean active vehicles, which are the ones that did at least one job booked through Dispatch AI that month. If you run more than 200, we'll work out a price with you.

With every offer

There's no setup fee.

Your drivers get an app with your firm's name, logo and colours, listed in the App Store and Google Play. We do the set-up with you, and Apple and Google usually approve it within one to two weeks.

What's in the plans

Every plan has everything that works today

The price follows the number of vehicles you run.

  1. 01It picks up your booking line when the office doesn't, and books the job into your Dispatch AI account at your own fixed prices.
  2. 02Customers can book on WhatsApp, and those bookings land in the same system as your calls.
  3. 03Customers can book by text or by email too. It replies and books the job.
  4. 04You get an online booking page and a chat assistant for your website, both using your fixed prices.
  5. 05The customer gets a confirmation by text and email.
  6. 06Customers pay by card through a secure payment link we send them by email.
  7. 07The passenger gets a live link to track the car.
  8. 08It can change or cancel a booking while the customer's still on the phone.
  9. 09It recognises regular callers by their number and greets them by name.
  10. 10It offers the extras you sell, such as meet and greet or booking the return.
  11. 11Anything it can't handle comes to you, with the transcript.
  12. 12Each phone agent takes up to 10 calls at once. If you need more, we can add capacity on a higher tier.
  13. 13You set fixed prices by zone.
  14. 14You can see which website, campaign or advert each booking came from.
  15. 15You can set up accounts for your business customers.
  16. 16It reminds you and the driver before a licence or insurance document runs out.
  17. 17We set it up with you, including the divert on your phone line, and the phone agent and booking are live within 24 hours of getting your zones, prices and driver list, and often within two hours.
  18. 18There's no setup fee.

Whichever offer you start on, your drivers get an app with your firm's name, logo and colours, listed in the App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google usually approve it within one to two weeks.

How you pay

Your plan is a monthly subscription, paid by card. You can stop with 30 days' notice, and there's no setup fee.

There are no refunds, except on an offer with a stated promise.

What else you might pay

If you want the app listed under your firm's name, it's published from your own Apple and Google developer accounts and you pay their fees. Or we can publish it under ours.

Your phone provider may charge for the diverted calls, so check your tariff.

Example

What phone cover costs at the minimum wage

This is a worked example from public figures, so treat it as a guide to your own costs. We take the hours covered and multiply by £12.71 an hour, the National Living Wage for over-21s from April 2026. Then we add 15% for holiday cover and pension. Holiday cover is 12.07%, because 5.6 weeks' statutory holiday means paying for 52 weeks to get 46.4 weeks worked (52 ÷ 46.4 = 1.1207), and pension is up to 3%. We've left employer National Insurance out, because many small firms' Employment Allowance covers it, so the real cost is higher than these figures.

It only compares the cost of having someone answer the phone. The phone agent doesn't do everything a person does, and it won't replace your controller. Pick the row that matches your firm, and if you answer the night phone yourself, these figures don't apply to you.

The figures come from the gov.uk pages on National Minimum Wage rates, holiday entitlement and employer rates and thresholds, checked on 6 October 2026.

Only you know these figures, so put them in yourself. Enter how many missed calls a day would have been a job, and your average fare, and it multiplies by 30 for the month.

Talk to Joe

Book a free booking review and Joe will ring you to fix a time

The booking review is free and takes about 30 minutes, on the phone or a video call. Joe looks at how your calls, nights and bookings work, works out your missed-call sum with you, and you hear the phone agent book a job. It helps to have a rough idea of how many calls ring out on a typical day and what a typical job is worth to you.
