Yes. Whoever runs your phones is welcome to join, and so is anyone else in the office.
What does it cost if I go ahead?
Plans are £324, £699 or £1,699 a month, depending on your fleet size. For our first operators, every plan includes call minutes, Google Maps and the AI it uses. If you use more minutes than your plan includes, you pay per minute or buy a bundle of minutes. We tell you how many minutes your plan includes before you start.
There's no setup fee. You're billed monthly and can stop with 30 days' notice.
How soon could it be running?
The phone agent and booking are live within 24 hours of getting your zones, prices and driver list, and often within two hours. Your drivers' app takes longer, because Apple and Google usually approve it within one to two weeks.
